Switching over to Oryx
To all of our existing and new patients:
We are reaching out to share some exciting news!
Starting on Monday 8/15/2022, our office will be updating to a brand new cloud-based software called Oryx to elevate our patient experience.
All patients can now have access to important patient information through an online portal. Soon, you will be able to log into your patient portal from home and view your account balances, pay your invoices, get itemized receipts, x-rays, reports and much more!
You should expect an email inviting you to register for the online patient portal. We encourage every patient to register for the portal so you can have easy access to your dental records. We’re always here to assist if you need help with the registration.
We will also switch our communication system to Oryx. You may notice that the text message & email reminders may look a little different and will be coming different a different number. We understand that there could be friction during major software transitions and we appreciate your patience & understanding. If you notice any software issues, please reach out to us directly and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
